There are so many little tiny things that you might need on a wedding day, and part of the role of the planner, coordinator, or even at times of the photographer or celebrant, is to make sure that anything you need is readily on hand for use.

There are so many little tiny things that you might need on a wedding day, and part of the role of the planner, coordinator, or even at times of the photographer or celebrant, is to make sure that anything you need is readily on hand for use. A general overview of what's in our emergency kits is below:

✨ Personal care items - basically anything that might be needed on the day but not packed - think tampons, face wipes, breath mints, bobby pins, hair ties, a mini hair spray, hair brush.

✨ First aid items - panadol, nurofen, throat lozenges, bandaids, tissues, antibacterial wipes, etc etc

✨ “Oh sh*t’ items - aka sunscreen, bug spray, hand sanitiser and a mini sewing kit

✨ General event day multi use items - I like to joke that there’s nothing that goes wrong on an event day that can’t be fixed with a cable tie or some gaffa tape (prove me wrong!) so I have multiple colours of each available always, along with wire cutters, scissors, double sided tape, regular tape, a lighter, permanent marker and mulitple pens

Sometimes items might go for weeks or even months without getting used, but I can pretty much guarantee there’s always going to be something that comes up on a wedding day that we’ll need to solve out of our wedding kit.
