Nat (@nataliegasmier) started in the WA education system as a secondary teacher and found a love of events and weddings. Upon transitioning out of teaching and into the Wedding and Events industry, her business began with pop up weddings. However, this quickly moved into ceremony and reception packages, and then full service planning. 

In 2019, Nat began transitioning from client-based work to a more business-to-business focus; working in house and as a consultant at some of WA's most prominent wedding venues. 

She loves the diversity of working with different venues and their markedly varied target markets. And as such, has built up extensive experience in managing the delicate relationships between venue, planners and suppliers.

Kiera (@kieratreloar_ ) is the founder of Little Things Events (@little.things.events) and has a background of almost 15 years in events. She started her career in entertainment & festivals, moving through corporate events and film, before finding her home in weddings and personal events in 2020. 

She is renowned for wowing her clients by going above and beyond, and for the solid relationships she has made within the industry that make her incredible to work with at any wedding day. 

She loves a challenge, and her absolute favourite type of wedding is one that starts as a blank canvas and requires a full-scale build.
